Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Cavana Jewelry is pleased to offer a return within 14 days of your order’s arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging, and must be in the same condition as when it was received.

Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are final sale therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Refund shipping

To return items, please use a trackable shipping method and ship your product to the address listed on the original packaging. "return for refund" must be clearly written on your receipt as well as the reason for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Items are delicate and must packaged in the original box to ensure it will not get defective while in transit. For a full refund, items returned must be in same quality as they were when sent to you.

Repair policy

We only repair items if they are defective or damaged before 30 days of use. We will repair any jewelry purchased through cavanajewels.com. Items that have been purchased via other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where it was purchased.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We accept exchanges on items for different sizes/colors before 30 days of use. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please e-mail info@cavanajewels.com and after speaking to customer service, ship back your item to the address listed on the original packaging and the words "exchange for --" clearly written on your receipt.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Items are delicate and must packaged in the original box to insure it will not get defective while in transit. Exchanges must be returned in same quality as they were when sent to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund after 5 business days, please contact your credit card company, it can take time before your refund is officially processed.

Care

Although our jewelry is meant for every occasion and we want for you to wear it daily, we do not recommend showering, sleeping, or exercising while wearing your jewels. In addition, please do not spray perfumes or rub lotion directly near your jewelry, as many beauty products cause tarnishing of metals. Please store carefully.
